Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

You can't go wrong with roasted vegetables!
It's so simple to do, requires hardly any ingredients and it always tastes delicious!

For this recipe I used two different kinds of mushrooms and one bunch of asparagus 
because that's what I had in my fridge. 


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 
Toss your veggies with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes
(And that's all folks! Does it get any easier?)
