Home Remedies To Exfoliate Your Skin Naturally
The process of natural exfoliation is defined as removing dead skin cells to make way for new healthy skin that lies beneath.
Natural Exfoliating Methods:
1- LEMON
Lemon is called NATURAL BLEACHING AGENT. Take some lemon juice and soak cotton ball in it.
Apply it all over your face and rinse it after 10 minutes. This would naturally exfoliate your skin.
2- SUGAR
Sugar is so effective that many spas offer sugar scrubs as part of their pampering routines. Take a
bowl full of raw sugar, mix some Olive Oil in it. Rub this mixture on your skin. Sugar will exfoliate the skin and
Olive oil will make it smooth.
3- OATMEAL
Oatmeal is the best natural exfoliant. Take 1 cup rolled oats in a blender and put them on the "Blend" setting for three minutes. Move the ground oatmeal to a bowl, then add some water and a few drops of olive oil until it becomes a paste. Use it on your skin as you would any other cleansing scrub.
4- BAKING SODA
Baking Soda can be used to exfoliate skin. Take a spoon of baking soda and mix it with water to make a paste.
Gently rub the mixture on your face and leave it on for 60 sec. Rinse with warm water.
5- TURMERIC
Turmeric is a natural exfoliator. It heals up the damages on skin caused by the exposure to sunlight.
Mix a spoon full of turmeric with milk and make a paste. Apply it on your face and rinse it when it dries.
