A few weeks ago Tara and Alison went on a road trip from NJ to Nashville, and they tried to stop at some interesting places along the way
That's when they came across..
The Biggest Tree House in America!
Introducing - The Minister's Tree House
The Ministers tree house is located in Crossville TN. Minister Horace Burgess began building the tree house in 1993 when, he says God came to him during prayer and told him "If you build a tree house I'll make sure you never run out of material." He was inspired by God's vision and set out to build the largest tree house in the world. Horace spent 14 years building, and he never ran out of material.
Today the tree house is 90 feet tall, contains 80 rooms
and stretches 5 stories high.
Walk through the tree house and you'll find a church, a bell tower and countless other random treasures.
The tree house has never been closed to the public, and the owners are rarely there. Because of this nearly every wall inside the tree house has been touch by graffiti -
Some of it is beautiful -
Some of it is inspiring -
And some is totally random -
Every where you turn there is something new to discover!
After climbing up the 5 flights of maze-like steps here is the view from the top
