Easy Chile Verde Burritos

Lauren requested one of her favorite dinners the other night...Chile Verde Burritos! It's really easy to make but you have to simmer it a long time. I don't use exact measurements for this recipe but this is how I make it... I start with a pork roast that I cut up in bite-sized pieces.
