A glimpse at my next project

I got this headboard for free on Craigslist.org. I'm going to strip it and add the cherub swag applique to the middle, with the cherubs raised above the wood a little. The applique look small in this picture but it is 19"wide by 8" high. The rose vine, which is 7" wide by 1" high will be bent to go along the curves at the top on each side. Then everything will be painted white and then shabby'ed
